"No hay perchero para colgar las toallas y el desayuno sólo lo sirven de 8.30 a 10.30, asique si tienes una excursion organizada antes de esa hora no tienes opcion a llevartelo. Y estaría bien que añadieran fruta y/o cereales y leche vegetal para tener un desayuno más completo, sobretodo para los que somos veganos 😊"

"Todo limpio, la recámara bien, solo que como era una cava y nuestra cama estaba en la parte de arriba casi pegado del techo hacía mucho calor, aunque si había aire acondicionado el cual funcionaba perfectamente pero igual el aire no era suficiente porque el techo era pegado casi a la cama, el desayuno podría mejorar, todos los días te ponen lo mismo, almenos variar un día, nosotros estuvimos tres días y comer lo mismo ya pegaba, la atención bien, el personal bien, recogen tu maleta desde el estacionamiento y llevan la maleta cuando te vas, las vistas son hermosas desde ahí, pasa mucho gente de frente a tu habitación pero no es algo que nos haya molestado."

"Not much ventilation in the room. We got the Caldera Mare Suite and the view was beautiful. The ventilation is the only thing. The hot tub was warm when we arrived but eventually went cold due to the windy weather."

"The view from this hotel is absolutely breathtaking – worth a million dollars. The location is excellent: close to restaurants and cafes, yet quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean – the housekeeper cleaned the room daily, changing both towels and bed linen, which we really appreciated. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, but the same every morning. We had the pool to ourselves every day and enjoyed the stunning views of the caldera, the volcano, and Fira. Fira is also just a 15-minute walk away, which was very convenient."

"The ceiling on the upper floor is very low, so you can’t stand up straight, which makes it uncomfortable to use. Also, the apartment is not well-ventilated, including the bathroom, which can be an issue in warmer weather."

"The stairs in the room to get up to your bed were quite narrow so one must be very careful coming down. Also you can't fully stretch once you are up in the bedroom area and you can hit your head. However, the view and the facilities are great so it was fine."
