"Muy moderno muy limpio El personal está estupendo Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes . Desayuno super bueno Me hicieron 2 huevos sobre pedido que no estaba en el Buffet Cama muy confortable , vista al Mar con balcón."

"El Hotel está súper bien situado a un minuto andando de la plaza de la Libertad Habitación grandes luminosas con televisor de última generación, muy limpia armarios cama extra Personal, muy atento, eficaz para el check in y cualquier petición que he solicitado Relación calidad precio imbatible Desayuno excelente, nunca había visto un desayuno tan generoso  está servido en unas bandejas de madera con huevo, Xarcutería, queso, etc. etc. y dulce dulces y varios tipo de pan El café es de marca premio y el servicio muy bueno Recomendaré, sin duda este lugar y volveré en mi próxima estancia"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and tried to assist where they could. This hotel is also in an excellent location. Overall a nice hotel but needs some attention to detail."

"No amenities except for shampoo and also no refills provided. No tea or coffee refills or water replacements. The towels were old and stained. Pillows on the bed were awful. The sheet on the bed also did not fit the mattress so kept pulling off while sleeping. Room was also not serviced. Had to ask for them to clean the bathroom."

"My room was directly above the bar/restaurant and the windows let through ALL the noise. It was extremely difficult/impossible to fall asleep due to the noise of the customers below (and I had earplugs!) The bar/restaurant kicked out just after 1am (however this was a Monday and Tuesday so heaven knows how loud it would be on a Friday Saturday!) Just consider if you want a full night’s sleep or ask to change rooms."

"The location of the hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance to Freedom Square, and there were shopping malls around the hotel. I was also able to walk to the Bridge of Peace. I didn’t get to experience the breakfast or dining area as I chose to eat at other restaurants. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was very tidy."

"I checked into the hotel at around 4 PM. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, so I couldn’t hang one on the door. While I was in the process of settling into my room, the door was suddenly opened by a hotel cleaning staff member without knocking. When I shouted, they just shut the door without even apologizing. This made me feel uncomfortable. Also, if you're staying in a room near the restaurant area, I should mention that it can be a bit difficult to sleep because of the noise. Apart from these issues, the hotel is still a place where one can stay."
