"Cerca del centro de la plaza de la república, Natali responde a los mensajes enseguida y nos ayudó con contratación de taxi. Pedimos dejar unas cosas en el apartamento y todo OK . En el apartamento habían botellas de agua y jabón, como café y sal con azúcar. Hay 2 habitaciones y cocina americana. La ducha está muy bien . Un ventilador para calor y tele el salón. Wifi funciona perfecto, la Natali es muy amable y te ayuda en todo"

"Excellent value for money. The apartment is clean and quiet. Two separate rooms, the small kitchen is in one of them. Quite good beds, new good bed linen and towels. The owner Sofia is polite, she lives nearby and quickly answers questions. I highly recommend this apartment."

"Very good value for money, this was a cheap option for a week-long stay for two people. We were impressed by the level of cleanliness and good position of the apartment (close to supermarkets, cafes, the main street, etc). The owner is very kind and lives on the same floor."

"We took the two bedroom apartment, it has a shared bathroom. One room has AC and the other has no AC. The location is maybe 300metres uphill from Rustaveli avenue. The place is calm and quiet. It is decently neat as well. The host is pleasant and helpful."

"Centrally located yet very quiet, free parking right next to the house. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the owner family is very friendly. I will never forget the kindness they showed me. I want to come back anytime and stay again. didi madloba !"

"The property was located in the very city center but on a quiet street. The rooms were tidy. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure was also good. The kitchen had all the supplies necessary, and the hostess even put two welcoming water bottles on the table. Thank you, Sofia, for your hospitality."

"Приветливая хозяйка, удалось заехать без проблем и сюрпризов. Локация хорошая – в центре, везде удобно добираться. Были одноразовые тапочки, чай, кофе, мыльные принадлежности, что приятно. В апартах было чисто"

"Не очень удобный матрас и постельное, на долгое время выбрала бы другой вариант размещения, но на пару дней подойдёт. В комнате очень не хватает какого-то торшера или настольной лампы, чтобы была возможность вечером не включать яркий верхний свет."

"Отдыхали семьей 4 человека с 3 по 6 августа. Прилетали в 4 утра. За день списалась с хозяйкой и к нашему приезду все было готово. Приехали на такси, быстро и доступно. Поездка обошлась в 8$. Квартира имеет удобное расположение. Шума большого города не слышно, но стоит спустится чуть вниз и ты в центре города. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. До всех интересных мест доходили пешком."

"We absolutely loved it! The owner gaves us a warm welcome and even saw us off when we left. The rooms were fine, the kitchen was spacious with three fridges for the residents to use and the patio area was really comfortable to relax in. The optional breakfast, lunch and dinner were really delicious, there was more food than we could eat and all of it was fresh with ingredients from local markets."

"Georgy is a very hospitable owner, we were a little delayed due to a traffic jam on the highway from Tbilisi, but he waited for us on site without any problems, helped those tired from the road to figure out how to park, explained everything and was always in touch. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, there is almost everything for a comfortable stay. We were especially happy with the presence of a washing machine and a clothes dryer. With departure, everything was also great: Georgy arrived at the agreed time and opened the entrance so that we could load our suitcases right from the door into the car."

"Very nice experience. You stay in a very spacious 3 bedroomed house adjacent to the owners property. Its about a 20 min walk to the main tourist area. The host is a very nice chap and his son will play you piano recitals in the eveninngs!"
