"The location is excellent. The staff generally were really friendly and the room was really comfortable."

"The breakfast on the first day was disappointing. The buffet area is reasonably well stocked although the bread selection seemed to fall below expectations. On the first day two of our party ordered smoke salmon,eggs and sourdough toast. There was no toast available so we were told we would receive crumpets as a replacement. When the breakfast arrived it did so on one cold under done crumpet with a small amount of salmon and one small egg. I raised the issue with the staff and they did offer an alternative but by that time there was no point. Secondly the booking system for day beds in the spa area seems restrictive. It appears a first come first serve basis would work better."

"The rooms were very clean, warm, comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower was perfect. The service in the dining room was much quicker than our previous stay and the food was very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming."

"I object to paying for the use of the Spa, especially if you just want a quick swim. There was no Greek yogurt/yogurt or muesli for breakfast. Although the food in the restaurant was delicious, both the food and drinks are very overpriced."

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms we stayed in the back view which had a separate living area fabulous decor. Customer service was exceptional. Lovely staff members who couldn't do enough for you."

"Thought the restaurant was very expensive and it was a shame we visited a local fish restaurant and it was full of hotel guests. I think there should be more reasonable choices Brasserie style and include the fabulous local seafood on offer."
