"Very well located near to town centre. Quiet, exceptionally clean and warm and cosy. Lots of small touches, great sleep and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Gluten free options too. Hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent location, a few mins walk to the centre of Ambleside. Quality accommodation with attention to detail and the hosts were friendly, professional and very approachable. They make you feel very at home. As well as your beautiful room you can relax in one of the 2 lounge areas to watch TV, read a book or literally just relax in a warm and comfortable space. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and plentiful with quality local produce."

"Excellent location, added bonus of onsite parking. Immaculate clean and fresh room. Most toiletries were supplied and also tea/coffee/water was supplied too. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, cereals and also beautiful cooked breakfast. The room where the breakfast was served was also abso gorgeous. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast room and within a couple of minutes it was brought up to our room. We can find no faults at all with this lovely B and B and we will very definitely be back."

"Nice location right by the high street close to pubs and restaurants great feature have the suite with a bath in the bedroom as well as have a walk in shower in the bathroom soak and watch tv on the big tv it’s basically a posh studio flat. Great choice of breakfast if you go for it."
