"Nice B&B, room very warm. Shower was fine although a little weak. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Tea and coffee and biscuits in the room and a little chocolate each. Breakfast was lovely and host very nice."

"Lovely guest house ideally located near Beachy Head. Susanne was really friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed. Tasty cooked breakfast served, alongside cereals, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast."

"The room was very clean and tidy and the operation is run very smoothly and efficiently with warmth by the owner. She could not have been more helpful. The location is excellent, away from the centre of Eastbourne in a very nice 'village' part of the town with a couple of good pubs to choose from a short walk away."

"Breakfast varied and delicious. Quiet room at the top of the lovely large 1900s house. Decent sized twin with small en-suite. Kind hosts helped with luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. On-street parking was convenient, and only needed a permit (£3 from host) for a portion of the stay. Great location for us visiting the west side of the town and close-by bus stop to get further east for a trip to the pier and seaside."
