Baytree House is an historic Victorian villa. Located on a premier corner plot, the property has a wrap around garden with many masajesces for guests to sit, relax and enjoy the garden. All rooms have en suite shower rooms. For breakfast we source the best of Yorkshire ingredients and we offer traditional full-English, vegetarian and vegan options. We are located a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Harrogate with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and parks. The International Conference Centre is just 5 minutes away by foot. We have our own car park that can accommodate 5 cars. If no zona balneariace is available, we can provide complimentary on-street parking permits.

"Patrick was a wonderful host and made us feel really welcome. Welcome card was very sweet and we enjoyed the yummy chocolate biscuits and nice toiletries. Everything was of a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Parking on site was fabulous Patrick was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We really liked Ripley."

Exceptional freshly cooked breakfast, Lovely, comfortable rooms with lovely touches such as a hand written card and fresh flower. Fresh milk in your fridge and as much fresh water as you want. But …. The absolute best bit …. Patrick and Nick. The two brothers that own the property. Utterly fabulous, funny, witty but could not do enough.
