"Open plan living with a fantastic lake view. Comfortable furniture for relaxation and convivial conversation. Two of the bedrooms also have a lake view. Underfloor heating for the cool evenings at Easter. Well equipped kitchen. Ample seating outside, shade covering when needed. Garage parking. Quiet location away from the bustle of Annecy but with easy access to it. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in the villa and all of us enjoyed our holiday very much."

"This was a beautiful place to park ourselves for our time in Annecy. Loved the location. 10 mins to Annecy, 10 mins to Talloires and any time spent relaxing in the house was a joy with those stunning views of the lake and mountains."

"Het zwembad was niet echt bruikbaar bij aankomst. (werd wel in orde gebracht door de eigenaar). We misten een minimum aan kuisgerief. er was een stofzuiger, maar geen dweil, emmer, borstel ..enz."
