"The house is beautifully situated in the countryside. The design aspects of the property are very impressive and each room is beautifully appointed. A car is absolutely necessary to make it a good base. The hostess, Catherine, was extremely generous in offering transport when required and it helped hugely in making the visit a success."

We climbed the quirky stone tower staircase up to the apartment and were very pleased on entry.
