"No puedo dejar comentarios negativos porque realmente, es un excelente lugar para quedarse si están buscando un buen lugar en París. Hay muchos restaurantes, un Carrefour, dos estaciones del metro y es fácil para trasladarse a los lugares más importantes de París. El dueño es una gran persona, siempre está al pendiente por cualquier duda o pregunta que tengas, responde con rapidez y se encarga de que puedas entender todo. El apartamento es grande, bonito, cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Realmente te sientes como en casa, lo cual va muy bien con el precio. Si planeas venir a París con tu familia o amigos y vas a estar varios días, sin duda este apartamento es una buena opción."

"La relación calidad- precio del apartamento está muy bien. La cocina es pequeña pero muy bien equipada, tiene de todo para preparar una buena cena. El baño tiene lavadora, seca toallas y secador de pelo potente. La ducha es amplia y cómoda. Tanto el salón como el dormitorio tienen buena luz natural. Las almohadas son cómodas y el armario bastante amplio. Se agradece que tenga ascensor y que a un minuto haya un Carrefour que cierra tarde. También hay un par de cafeterías a unos minutos y la parada de metro a unos 4-5 minutos."

A modern building (by Parisian standards) - which meant the lift worked reliably, the heating functioned without issue and the rooms were spacious (again, by Parisian standards). Plus the check-in process was seamless and the property manager could not have been more helpful."

"It does not have air conditioning which makes it difficult to stay on hot days, the sink is dripping and the bathroom is filling with water, the clothes dryer does not seem to work"

"The apartment is large and comfortable. Close to the subway, supermarkets and restaurants. There were basic items available such as olive oil, coffee, salt. The owner was solicitous in all communications. The bathroom is big and the shower is excellent."

"It wasn't something that hindered the stay but some basic kitchen items are missing. The bedroom fan is broken. There could be a fan in the living room because there is no air conditioning in the apartment. It wasn't very hot but we went in the spring, in the summer it can be a problem. But it didn't disturb our stay just a feedback, I would come back for sure!!"
