"Excelente relación calidad-precio. Limpieza del apartamento. Buena comunicación con los anfitriones. Wi-Fi y TV con buen funcionamiento. Plaza de parking privada. Luminoso, tranquilo y confortable. Sofá-cama muy cómodo, se duerme perfectamente en él, y es muy grande. Bien equipado con sartenes, cacerolas, cubiertos, menaje de cocina... Zona tranquila pero bien comunicada y con un gran centro comercial muy próximo"

"Easy to find and with parking you have the whole ground floor to spread yourself out. It's more than a studio with a great bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well outfitted for self catering. The sofa bed is comfortable once you get it open. Packed away during the day it makes the most of the space. There's lots of technology to play with if that's your thing, we didn't use the TV or internet as we were on holiday from the digital world and it's bad news. It is a good walk from the town but we found a short cut via the Coulee Vert which helped."

"We had the whole ground floor of the detached house to ourselves so very spacious and bright with lots of windows onto the green garden all around. The decor is modern and comfortable with an excellent kitchen for self catering. There's a huge TV and lots of tech which we didn't need but it's all installed and available. The shower room and separate WC are all top quality, clean and fresh. You can park in the front garden and the location is good for roads exploring the Marais Poiteven. We could easily walk approximately two kilometres to the centre of Niort but a bus route is nearby and parking in town seems plentiful and cheap. Really we couldn't fault our choice of Studio Zen and would book it again for sure."
