"Excelente relación calidad-precio. Limpieza del apartamento. Buena comunicación con los anfitriones. Wi-Fi y TV con buen funcionamiento. Plaza de parking privada. Luminoso, tranquilo y confortable. Sofá-cama muy cómodo, se duerme perfectamente en él, y es muy grande. Bien equipado con sartenes, cacerolas, cubiertos, menaje de cocina... Zona tranquila pero bien comunicada y con un gran centro comercial muy próximo"

"Easy to find and with parking you have the whole ground floor to spread yourself out. It's more than a studio with a great bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well outfitted for self catering. The sofa bed is comfortable once you get it open. Packed away during the day it makes the most of the space. There's lots of technology to play with if that's your thing, we didn't use the TV or internet as we were on holiday from the digital world and it's bad news. It is a good walk from the town but we found a short cut via the Coulee Vert which helped."

"The sofa bed does creak when you turn over at night and is quite heavy to fold up in the morning but we managed."

"We had the whole ground floor of the detached house to ourselves so very spacious and bright with lots of windows onto the green garden all around. The decor is modern and comfortable with an excellent kitchen for self catering. There's a huge TV and lots of tech which we didn't need but it's all installed and available. The shower room and separate WC are all top quality, clean and fresh. You can park in the front garden and the location is good for roads exploring the Marais Poiteven. We could easily walk approximately two kilometres to the centre of Niort but a bus route is nearby and parking in town seems plentiful and cheap. Really we couldn't fault our choice of Studio Zen and would book it again for sure."

"The sofa bed is comfortable but a little heavy to set up the first time, we decided to leave it down as a bed until we left which wasn't a problem as there are other seats."

"Le canapé est très dur à replier. Mon dos s'en souvient encore... Mais ce sont des petites choses que l'on peu remédier. Cela n'obère pas la qualité du logement."

"J'ai passé un agréable séjour, une semaine, dans le studio de Karen et Julien, moderne, propre avec tout le nécessaire. Julien est réactif en cas de besoin pour le joindre, quelque soit les eventuelles interrogations. Je recommande 🤗"
