"The sofa bed was really comfortable and could easily fit two people, as advertised. The room was really clean and the location was excellent, only 3 minutes on foot from a metro station, not to mention that the area felt very safe even at night."

"The water heater in the bathroom wasn't working, which we realized after having settled in the apartment. However, we contacted the owner who showed us the utmost care and let us bathe in the apartment next door since it was empty until the issue could be fixed."

"We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay; the location was perfect, just about 5 minutes from the metro, in a very nice neighborhood with a supermarket right in front, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. The host was exceptional, always attentive and quick to respond. The house was very clean, everything was tidy and organized, and it had everything we could possibly need. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the overall conditions were perfect. Certainly, when we return to Paris, we will stay at this house again—it’s worth every cent. Just one note: the stairs at the entrance are very steep, which might be a challenge for people with reduced mobility, but for us, it was perfect! Overall, this house made our trip to Paris perfect! Highly recommend!"

"Montrouge is an excellent location, very well served by metro line 4 and buses. There is a very good supermarket in front, and a bakery down the road. Very nice neighbourhood. Shower great, washing machine very useful, and studio could be heated when temperature dropped. Do bear in mind steep stairs to reach studio. Excellent disposition by host."

"Compact studio apartment in a great location near metro and supermarket - Montrouge is an old and beautiful neighbourhood, and feels safe. Apartment spotlessly clean. Sofa bed very comfortable. Heating (in late Dec) very efficient. Responsive and helpful hosts allowed us to check in early."
