"Fantastic value for money, great amenities and central location. We were in Nice for the Ironman and this was the perfect place to stay. Additionally the air conditioning was a big plus. The host is a gentleman and his neighbour Gladys was very helpful during our stay."

"Spędziliśmy z żoną w tym miejscu wspaniały tydzień podczas naszego pobytu w Nicei, w czasie którego brałem udział w maratonie. Obiekt położony jest w idealnej lokalizacji — w spokojnej, cichej, typowo mieszkalnej dzielnicy, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku, a jednocześnie blisko wszystkiego, co potrzebne. W zasięgu krótkiego spaceru znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy (wygodne połączenia m.in. w kierunku Èze), a dworzec kolejowy oddalony jest zaledwie o około 500 metrów. W okolicy nie brakuje też sklepów i lokalnych punktów usługowych, dzięki czemu można poczuć się jak prawdziwy Nicejczyk, a nie jak gość hotelu. Idealne miejsce, by doświadczyć prawdziwej atmosfery miasta i jednocześnie mieć doskonałą bazę do zwiedzania Lazurowego Wybrzeża."

"Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage! Sie war perfekt sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat vor allem mit dem Balkon, der Waschmaschine und dem separaten Schlafzimmer Bonuspunkte verdient. Das ist keins von den in Nizza so häufigen 1-Zimmer-Miniapartments! Man hat richtig Platz und könnte sogar in getrennten Räumen schlafen. Das Viertel ist ein angenehmes Wohnviertel. Supermarkt, Hafen, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof (Nice Riquier) sind ganz in der Nähe. Das ist wirklich das perfekte Hauptquartier, um die ganze Region zu erkunden und eignet sich auch für längere Aufenthalte."
"Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber im Vorfeld war problemlos (auch auf Englisch). Vor Ort wurden wir allerdings von einer Nachbarin begrüßt, die nur Französisch spricht und uns alles erklären sollte. Ich kann kein Französisch und mein Begleiter nur wenig. Für automatische Übersetzung via Handy war sie viel zu hektisch / schnell, also hat auch die Technik nicht geholfen. Letztendlich wollte sie dann spät abends noch den Gastgeber anrufen, um die Sprachbarriere zu überbrücken. Das war alles etwas stressig/schwierig, zumal wir davon überrascht wurden (wie gesagt, zuvor auf Englisch kommuniziert). Tipp: Legt doch einfach statt dieser mündlichen Einweisung eine Anleitung in Textform in die Wohnung. ;)"
