Rainbow, rue carnot

"The location was perfect, and the neighbourhood was the "old town" of Annecy—a warm apartment with all facilities."

"It was not facing the street, which was a good thing, but instead it was located inside the courtyard. The corridor inside the courtyard was narrow, and the steps to the first floor were too old. I was hoping every time that they would not crack on my steps."

"amazing apartment in a great location. super modern, clean, quiet...perfect stay!"

"Aucun."

"The appartement was in good location. Instructions were good though the contrast between the exterior and interior was amazing The flat was well laid out and was clean throughout The kitchen had a good selection of plates, glasses cutlery."

"Sadly for us an over 65, a 70 and a 76 year old the stairs up to third floor were a challenge We were not aware of that"

Top Wohnung an perfekter, ruhiger Lage. Gerne wieder!"

"Lots of space. Good furnishings and flooring. Modern design."

"It's initially a challenge to navigate the narrow, dark 25-30m-long entry passageway and climb the three flights of poorly maintained, deteriorating wooden stairs and wooden/metal handrails to the top floor. Steep. Difficult to climb with luggage. Potentially dangerous for older clients and people with balance or walking problems. These defects should be repaired and should be noted in the listing. It's also a bit difficult to find the 2/F key lock box on entry at night."
