"La ubicación es excelente, en cinco minutos estás en la playa y tienes millones de supermercados cerca así como la rue Gambetta. El piso está en una segunda planta por lo que es muy tranquilo y tiene vistas al jardín delantero de la propiedad. Jean Jacques vino personalmente a darme las llaves y explicarme cómo funcionaba todo en el apartamento, y también vino en mi último día a recoger las llaves y ver si todo había ido bien. Me llamó mucho la atención que tenía utensilios para ir a la playa como esterilla y sombrilla, aunque no las usé, en el baño había de todo lo necesario e incluso más, me pareció un gran detalle. Todo el apartamento está cuidado para que no falte de nada y la estancia sea comodísima."

"La proximidad hacia todo en la ciudad y cerquita playa promenade des anglais,,supermercados cercanos , la comodidad del apartamente con su garaje , apartamento perfecto con todo lo necesario , amplitud para moverte , cama comoda , tranquilidad , todo positivo , lo recomiendo 100%, gracias a la amabilidad del proprietario por toda la informacion recibida"

"La ubicación, al lado de la playa y cerca del centro, con plaza de parking. Es tal cual en las fotos, muy bien equipado para pasar varios días. Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión en todo momento."

"Flat has a good location and well equiped. Good that the flat had parasol, what we could use on the beach."

"In the flat the AC had a big noise - cannot run during the night. Fortunately there was ventillatior to use. In the bathroom if you used a warm/hot water bad small came from the washbasin. We had bit of misunderstanding on giving back the keys as we thought we will meet the owner however finally we had to left the key in the flat. Would be good to know in advance."

"Very convenient location, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, to the old town in 10 minutes. The district was nice. As we had rented a car, having the private parking of the apartment was wonderful. The host was so welcoming."

"The matress was a bit hard, but that is my opinion, someone else may prefer it that way."

"The management was fantastic. We had a few issues which were our own fault (we left the key inside) and Jean-Jacques was absolutely on it. He was such a help and so kind. We had a lovely stay, comfortable and cool even in summer"
