"The location is fantastic. The flat is nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen (though surprisingly, there was no kettle). The Wi-Fi was decent. It’s a quiet place with close proximity to public transportation, and overall, very tastefully decorated. Easy communication with stuff through booking.com."

"The shower was leaking quite a lot — from the hose, the tap, and even the shower head. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the kitchen had some cracks and missing handles. We reported these issues right away, and the staff acknowledged them, so hopefully they’ll be fixed for future guests. It would also be nice to have a washbasin in the toilet, since you have to wait to wash your hands if someone is using the bathroom (the only place with a sink). Another small, but significant detail: there were no hooks anywhere in the apartment, so there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels. The big cupboard in the corridor was only used to store the vacuum cleaner and bags on the floor, but adding a simple rod with hangers — plus hooks in the rooms, corridor, and bathroom — would make the space much more practical. Each bedroom only had a tiny cupboard, and there was no storage at all in the living room. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle, so making a cup of tea wasn’t possible. Finally, there was no explanation about garbage disposal, which would have been helpful."
