"Apartamento para dos personas muy grande y muy limpio. Impecable. Y perfectamente equipado. Es como una casa normal en la que estuvieras viviendo. Está en la planta baja de un edificio rodeado de jardines de la propia urbanización, separado de la calle por una valla. Plaza de parking nominal del apartamento en la zona de jardines. El apartamento tiene una terraza a la altura del jardín de la urbanización, donde desayunamos. Un lujo. Bastante cerca caminando del boulevard de la Croisette, es decir, del paseo marítimo donde están los hoteles famosos y el Palacio de Congresos. Estuvimos muy cómodos."

"No es una crítica, pero para llegar en coche hay que estar muy atento. La calle Bd Alexandre III hace justo delante del edificio una curva. Inmediatamente delante hay una desviación a la derecha separada de la carretera por un bordillo y pintado de color tartán. Es por donde hay que meterse, despacito, y el segundo portón, es la entrada al edificio."

"Great location of the property, within a secured complex, very close to one end of the Canne's beach, few minutes walk to the sea and right near the beginning of the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, which leads to the famous place where Cannes Film Festival takes place. Within the property there are 2 pieces of air con, which are really needed in Cannes for the month of August, and a superb extension/therese where you can spend time chatting and sipping a glass of wine."

"Within the apartment the toilet is located in a separate cabinet, and you need to walk to the actual bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet-but I am sure this is the way the building was constructed decades ago. More attention to the cleanliness would be a plus. The unfolding sofa from the living room is not very comfortable to sleep on. Within the final remark I would suggest to the host to use more modern sets of bed sheets and pillow covers. Charging those higher prices is understandable as you are in Cannes, but you expect something more decent and modern, and not pieces gathered from different sets assembled together."

"The location of the apartment, quiet area, quite close to the beach, market nearby, super nice and big terrace, spacious whole apartment and parking 2 steps from the entrance to the block. It is the perfect place if you travel with children or just want to relax in peace."
