"Es un hotel magnífico. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, tanto la habitación acogedora limpia con cama y almohadas super cómodas. Si hablamos del jardín y la piscina, solo podemos agradecer a Francois como lo cuida y mantiene. La verdad que tienes que hacer un esfuerzo para salir a conocer la región, te quedarías todo el día en el jardín. El desayuno es algo que no puedes expresar con palabras, te lo preparan en el jardín junto a la piscina. La calidad de los productos es extraordinaria. El hotel dispone de una zona cubierta donde, si deseas, puedes prepararte comidas y cenas. Dispones de nevera, menaje, lavavajillas. Luego solamente escoger la mesa del jardín donde ponerte"

"Excepcional en conjunto, nos encantó tanto el conjunto del edificio y jardín, todo muy cuidado, como las cosas concretas (habitación, jardín, piscina). Nuestra habitación era un estudio con cocinita (bien equipada), baño, una zona de estar con mesa y sillas, además de la zona de dormitorio. Daba directamente al jardín y era super cómodo poder entrar y salir. En el jardín tienen una zona cubierta con una cocina para uso de los huéspedes y barbacoa. Los anfitriones, François y Patricia, encantadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, tienen bicicletas, canoas... Está localizado junto a un canal, en el pueblo, pudiendo ir andando al centro y al puertecillo. Desde Marans se pueden hacer excursiones a sitios muy interesantes, tanto en coche como en bici o en barca por los canales. El desayuno muy abundante y todo rico. Se puede elegir entre dulce, típicamente francés, y salado."

"Absolutely charming and very quiet. Loved the garden, pool and outdoors kitchen where we sat every evening overlooking the pool (even in the rain!) and had our excellent breakfast. Francoise was so very friendly and helpful and his wife's homemade jams and yoghurts were wonderful as were all the other breakfast items. Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to Isle de Re and La Rochelle and also golf (although we didn't play as planned because it rained."

"The facilities were beyond our expectations. The room was well appointed and next to the beautiful pool. The spa was really great too. The garden was peaceful & next to a tea pretty river. The breakfast was served by the pool and truly exceptional, served by an attentive & charming host. We are already looking for excuses to return!"

"We have stayed at l'Instant Bleu before. Francois is an excellent host and goes above and beyond in hospitality. Breakfasts are superb, especially sitting by the pool in the sunshine. We love the location and the quiet surroundings. And it is so useful to have the separate covered area with fridge and cooking facilities. We will be returning."

He offered us bikes with maps, made us a beautiful breakfast each morning, an apéritif in the evening, a Cruise down the canal in the evening and à free massage. Such treatment! The room was very comfortable and clean with all conveniences, set in a lovely garden with swimming pool."

"Fantastic place in the Marais Poitevin and close to La Rochelle . From the minute we arrive to departure we were helped by the host. The room was super clean. Breakfast was great. There is a swimming pool and loungers under the shade to relax on a sunny day. Probably the best place I have been too in many years. Bedding was perfect, very quiet, we had a good night sleep. Good restaurants in the village, 5 minutes walk away, along the river. We only stayed 2 nights this time but will surely come back for at least a week."
