"Es un precioso hotel en el centro de Hyères. Todo el personal muy amable. Sirve un desayuno buffet excelente en un hermoso y amplio comedor. Dispone de una bella y tranquila piscina. También dispone de un parking muy cómodi."

"Me encantó la ubicación, en pleno centro de la ciudad de Hyèeres, al lado de la Oficina de Turismo, el diseño de interiores y todos los detalles del hotel están perfectamente cuidados. Llegué antes del checking, me ofrecieron un café en la maravillosa terraza y pude entrar a la habitación sin tener que esperar. Volveré!"

"Our arrival at Lilou was very smooth, and communication with the hotel was efficient and responsive—they quickly arranged a parking space for us, which we really appreciated. We booked two rooms, and in one of them there was an issue with the bathroom ventilation, which caused a slight odor. However, the staff handled it promptly and moved us to another room, which was even more spacious and beautiful—many thanks for that. The overall design of the hotel feels fresh and youthful, with pieces by Gubi adding a stylish touch. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on the day of our stay, so we didn’t get to try the highly recommended dining. We would definitely be happy to return next time."

"Beautiful and comfortable hotel with lovely Diptique soaps in the bathroom and the comfiest bed. Pleasant bar with excellent cocktails and the best breakfast. So close to the old town and handy parking. The staff go above and beyond. You will not regret booking this hotel!"

"Room is smaller than in pictures, and no TV. Bathroom was not so clean on arrival. Throughout the property (corridors) there is an acrid smell which is not so pleasant. Parking overpriced (25€ per day). Did not get breakfast because, again, a bit too expensive for a 4-star hotel."

"Very lovely designed hotel, gorgeous colours and very serene. Loved our room with its massive balcony. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the waiting and bar staff very nice and reactive."
