All staffs (front, restaurant, room cleaning, driver ) are excellent. Especially Japanese staff supported everything to me so well. Staff's Origins are various countries. It is so nice Hotel's policy."

"This was our second visit to L'Hotel after many years and we still love the charm. We miss some of the long term employees who made the trip personalised who have now moved on. The location is perfect in beautiful Beaune. The room cleaning was just as wonderful and attentive. The timing for freshening up was impressive when we left for breakfast."

"The heat in the bathroom needed to be toned down. I remember a wonderful French Tomato Omellete to this day the best I have tasted however the Omelette on this trip was not a patch!"
