"Nous avions réservé pour pouvoir dormir sur place le jour du festival d'Alba et nous sommes complètement ravis de notre séjour. Le logement est tout neuf, très propre avec une climatisation dans chaque pièces, qui nous a été très utile avec les chaleurs actuelles. Le lit était très confortable ainsi que le canapé. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle. Ainsi que plein d'ustensiles de cuisine tout neufs. Vous avez également une cafetière senseo et une bouilloire et une plaque à induction. Également un mini frigo. Tout était parfait, vraiment rien à dire. Bastien, le propriétaire très gentil, était toujours joignable et très réactif à nos besoins. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Merci encore !"

"We had a wonderful two-week stay at this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Nice! The apartment is incredibly bright with natural light throughout the day, and the large balcony was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset. The flat is set in a quiet residential area of Cimiez, which gave us a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to explore the city. Having a private parking space was a huge plus. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and fully equipped – it had more than we needed. The piano and outdoor grill were such thoughtful extras, and we had a lot of fun using both. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nice!"

"Zauberhaftes Refugium in und an der Ardeche - perfekt gelegen direkt am Fluss ! Sehr, sogar außergewöhnlich sauber. Catherine und ihr Mann waren so unglaublich liebevoll, hilfsbereit und nett! Sie haben uns bei der Restaurantreservkerung geholfen und uns viele Tipps gegeben, das war ganz wunderbar, danke!!. Wir haben wunderbar und gut in dem sehr bequemen Bett auf der Galerie geschlafen (man muss eine Treppe hinaufsteigen, es ist wirklich ganz kuschelig !) und hatten alles, was wir benötigten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Kleine private und sehr süße Terrasse. Rundum perfekt! Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder !"

"Location excellent 6 minutes walk from bus terminal and on pedestrian area but a quiet location. Very new modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice view of Mont Blanc from balcony. Soap/ body wash provided. Separate sleeping areas 1 bed upstairs on mezzanine and one in an alcove away from the kitchen so private with curtains across and a wardrobe, both comfortable double beds. There is a separate toilet upstairs and a toilet/shower downstairs. The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are very steep. Kitchen / lounge area is small , really its just a kitchen with a 2 seater sofa. But fine for 2 people. 4 adults would be uncomfortable. There is a foldaway table and chairs a bit inconvenient to put up and takes up most of the area but it worked fine for us."

"Le gîte est superbe, perché en hauteur, avec un superbe terrain. Laure a été une hôte exceptionnelle, pleine de bienveillance avec nous. Certes, il y a la montée à faire en vélo quand on est en bas sur la dolce via mais une fois celle-ci faite, la prise de hauteur est très appréciable ! (Route faite avec deux enfants de 7 et 11 ans).."
