"La ubicación es buena para ir a esquiar, son 10’ andando hasta el funicular que te sube a pistas. El pueblo es pequeño y andando vas a todos lados. El alojamiento tiene plaza de garaje. Estaba limpio. Los anfitriones muy atentos."

"Todo el apartamento está correctamente equipado, limpio y es muy cómodo. Todo parece bastante nuevo y bien cuidado. Se agradece poder disponer de plaza de parking que, además, se encuentra muy cerca del ascensor, lo cual ayuda en el trasteo de equipaje y alimentos. El apartamento está situado cerca del centro. Un buen lugar para pasar unos días de vacaciones."

"No fans in the apartment to help with hot days. Had to leave bedroom window open when sleeping, but maybe because of road works in town, more traffic than normal going past and waking us up early in the morning. Obviously in Winter this wouldn't be a problem. We would book again :-)"

"Property is well located, easy access to transportation and close to restaurants/cafes, supermarkets. The host has collected a nice set of information booklets and have one of their own which mentioned about Saturday local market and the souvenir shop which was nice. I was there for cycling and the host offered a private secure parking for my cycle."

"It would have been nice to have Wifi access. No wifi is not an issue in summer time, but people might need this in winter"

"Position up the hill with great views of the mountains from the sitting room. Modern, warm, comfortable, secure, easy to look after and live in whilst out skiing all day. Near a bus stop for the funicular to Arc 1600. Either Mediathéque or Saint Michel bus stop. Can get a bus to and from the train station too. These are free half hourly buses. The host was very good at answering queries by text."

"Everything you could possibly need was provided. The view was outstanding.. The apartment was so close to stores, restaurants, markets, and transport. The owner was really helpful and available for any requests. It was even decorated for Christmas. I can highly recommend this place."

"The only problem for me was that there was no WiFi and phone reception was not great inside the apartment."

"The apartment was very nice, modern and spacious. Brilliant views from the balcony, lots of equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, towels etc. Very convenient underground parking, great location for bars, restaurants, the Saturday market and, of course, Lidl! Having stayed in the Les Arcs resorts for 20 years, being in Bourg made for a more relaxing stay. 15 minute walk to the funicular for access to Arc 1600 - we rented a ski locker up at the top so we didn't need to carry kit but there was storage at the apartment block. Easy key pick up and communication with Letitia. We would love to stay again!"

"Very well appointed modern flat in a good location, there’s a small sun balcony at the front with good views to Les Arcs. Washing machine which for us was very handy. Secure underground parking with relatively good sized space. There is a lift which helped with luggage. Property location is very convenient in the middle of Bourg."

"Minor point but due to the arrangement of stairs and property security its a little bit of a faff getting in and out of the property but I doubt it would concern most folks and the security is good. There is no wi-Fi, not a big deal but unusual these days."

Nous avons utilisé la navette qui passe au coin de la rue pour rejoindre le funiculaire tous les jours et avons passé une excellente semaine de ski grâce à cet appartement qui a tout ce qu'il faut. Literie très confortable. Très bonne communication avec Laetitia, de bon conseil et toujours réactive. Super rapport qualité-prix, ce genre d'endroit devient trop rare ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter."
