"The only spoons were tablespoons and teaspoons, no dessert spoons. The garden is covered in clover and weeds rather than grass If there was a large chopping board we couldn’t find it, ditto a sharp kitchen knife. Noise from the builders building next door during office hours."

"The apartment was modern qnd clean. We really liked how comfortable it was, and it was at a good location (metro 10min walk, groceries literally in front of the apartment). The staff responded quickly every time, and the check-in/check-out was the smoothest. Only negative things are that the washing machine did not work, and the smell of the bathroom was really weird. But overall, we would definitely come back."

"Excellent location for skiing and very clean. Didn’t meet staff but any support we needed was dealt with quickly via messaging. Only issue we had was hot water.. there wasn’t enough for 5-people but we did manage to get this sorted so only struggled first day or so. Would be a good idea to have constant hot water rather than having to switch it each morning - just a recommendation. Our overall experience was not affected we are an easy going family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just as an after thought - there is WiFi - previous reviews said there isn’t so pleasant surprise and good connection. Would recommend and would definitely look to rebook if heading back to Chatel."
