"Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem gut für Fahrten an den Strand oder die Umgebung. Geschäfte und Stadtkern sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen."
"Chantegrel is part of a big attractive house, most of which is lived in by the owner; at the other end is a smaller rental property, and there is a further separate rental building. It has a beautiful location in the Dordogne hills, and comes with a large terrace with a wonderful view enhanced in the morning by numerous hot air balloons. The kitchen is well-equipped, though could do with a microwave particularly as the gas hob is a bit erratic. The bedrooms are all a good size and ensuite with baths and showers. A particular feature, which the children loved, is the large and attractive swimming pond, complete with tadpoles, frogs and dragonflies, with an environmentally friendly filter system and a stony/shingly beach area well supplied with umbrellas and sun loungers."
