"La casa es muy bien. Es muy cómoda, con grandes ventanales (muy luminosa). Esta en el mismo centro y perfectamente equipada para nuestras necesidades. Además vino alguien a entregarnos las llaves y a mostrarnos el apartamento. Es un sitio muy recomendable. No se puede aparcar pero el pueblo es pequeño y cerca hay aparcamiento de pago (en la calle durante unas horas limitadas) y gratis a 5 min."

"Nada que destacar, todo bien. No es factible entrar en coche ya que estás en el casco antigua (es normal que no se puede acceder en vehículo)."

"Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en Le Genis. Todo muy bien, como siempre. Bien situado, agradable, espacioso y limpio. Sarlat, un sitio precioso y estupendo para pasar unos días en la zona."

"The apartment is beautiful, light and plenty of space for 3 adults. It's decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds and linens. You have everything you need here for a lovely stay, we found that the sofa was uncomfortable as the seats sloped but it's all down to personal preference...and in wonderful Sarlat we were out alot of the time. But that was our only niggle, this really is a wonderful apartment. The windows are beautiful with views across the rooftops, as you walk out of the main door within a few steps (literally) you are in the main square. Frédéric was helpful and a happy guy who showed us round and he was prompt on check in and check out. He gave us 2 sets of keys which was really helpful. We came to Sarlat for my mum's 75th birthday and the town and accommodation were just fantastic."

"The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished and is very clean. The owners have really thought of everything you might need. The beds are comfortable. Just a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral. You’re right in the beautiful old part of town. Frederic greeted us and explained how everything worked - great guy! (Make sure you read the description- there are stairs. They are wide easy stairs, 4 flights to the apartment. There is free parking - not too far away - prob a 10 min walk)"

"A beautiful apartment furnished and decorated in a classic style. Frederic was fantastic to deal with, even carrying our suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs. Best supplied kitchen - has everything you could possibly need. Lovely breezes with windows open. Great location - in a quieter section of the old town. Free parking area about 5 mins walk away."

"Need a couple of better, quieter, pedestal fans for sleeping at night, when you need to close the windows. The second bedroom has beautiful light with an outlook over a courtyard, but there is a coffee roasting business nearby and if you have that window open for ventilation, the coffee fumes (when it is operating) are pretty intense."

"Very good location. We knew there was no lift, but it would have been nice to have one. Frédéric picked us up from the train station for a small fee and gave us an introduction to the apartment. He helped us very promptly when we found the heating wouldn’t activate. Staying in such a lovely apartment made our time in Sarlat even more special."

"It took a very long time to get hot water in the bathroom. Once it came through, it was very reliable."

"Great location in the centre of Sarlat in a charming building. We have returned to Sarlat several times over the years, it is a delightful bustling town with great shops and restaurants in a beautiful area of France. The apartment was very pleasant with lovely high ceilings and good facilities."

"There is limited worksurface space available in the kitchen, but with so many nice restaurants nearby this wasn’t really an issue for us. It was hot in Sarlat during our stay and I would have rated it 10 if it had air conditioning but I am not sure how easy this is to fit in an old building. The fans helped to keep us a bit cooler though."

"That the man who met us was so friendly and helped us get parking close by to bring our bags back. He also came immediately when we notified him that there were ants in the kitchen."

"The flat is well furnished and equipped, with good layout and a lot of natural light. Very well located in central historical Sarla, in calm area, and nice view on neighboring roofs."

"Had an issue with hot water interruption, but the staff and landlords had very good reactivity and settled the problem."

"As we travelled in November it was easy to access the apartment and to park close by with no fees, The apartment was spacious and very well presented with all facilities. It was light and bright and very comfortable. The heating was very effective given the cold weather. The location was central to many attractions in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay."

"Didn’t realise it was on second floor with many stairs but the lady who met us was a wonderful help."
