"Excellent location, very close to sights. Comfortable beds. Nice to have oil, salt, etc in the cupboard. Comfortably fitted the six of us in two bedrooms and sofa bed. Instructions on entering the accommodation were clear and easy."

"Rooms were hot and so we needed to sleep with windows open. Only had 1 fan between 3 bedrooms. Bedding for sofa bed wasn't in an obvious place. Parking outside the accommodation only allows 2 hours so needed to find parking elsewhere (which is close by). Would've been helpful to have advice on this before arriving. No response from host when I asked about parking. Prompt response when asked about bedding. WiFi didn't work."

"A wonderful character location in the heart of Dijon. Super sized rooms - both double and twin room were clean & comfortable. So quiet & pretty at the back of the property, but a little noisy at the front (which is to be expected in the heart of a city). An old french building with lots of character e.g. french doors & windows. We loved staying in the property as the city is beautiful & welcoming, with lots going on (our 20 yr old son loved the city) and we will return as the location of the apartment is absolutely excellent. The apartment is very clean, very quiet (apart from a little noise from road at front) with everything you need. Might be a little 'tired' but we loved staying there."

"Please note several things about the property: - you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I did struggle as I have Long Covid. You need to be happy to run up and down them often as there is no lift. - the tiny bathroom is connected to the kitchen, separated by a thin sliding door. Not ideal. If you are with people you dont know very well, this could be difficult. - There are absolutely no wardrobes and only 1 hanger on a hatstand. Sad, as there is lots of space in the property for wardrobes. I am sure the owners could invest in a couple for both rooms. - the floorboards are creaky. I dont mind floor boards, but I was trying to keep quiet one morning and struggled ;-) - the entrance hall is 'shabby' and might put people off, but this is a classic French apartment in the heart of the city and we felt safe in the area even though the building looks a little old & tired."

"The lady Sylvie who showed us around and kept in touch with us with regards to our stay was lovely and very helpful with lots of information and recommendations. There was plenty of room in this apartment."

"The location is great; it is 10 minutes walk to the train station, and there are lots of restaurants around. The apartment is clear with a washing machine, making it quite convenient for longer stays."

"L'appartement et le salon sont comfortables pour une famille avec 1 enfant, la cuisine est bien équipée et les équipements sont ok. Situation parfaite à qq mètres de la place d'Arcy et de l'entrée dans la vieille ville de Dijon."

"A noter : immeuble ancien, petite TV, pas de penderies dans les chambres, salle de bain minuscule. Troisième étage sans ascenseur mais permet d'être protégé des bruits de la rue."

"L'appartement est à quelques pas du centre historique et de tous les cafés et restos. On trouvais du stationnement (payant avec app.) facilement autour. La cuisine, le salon et les deux chambres fermées sont parfait pour une famille ou deux couples. On se sentait chez nous."
