"Small but reasonable size apartment, split between 2 floors with access on street level. No designated parking spot but possible to park outside free. Ideal stop over (we stayed in 3 nights) all facilities very good. host very quick response if you have any query. Nearby with supermarket. Recommend to anyone and definitely will stay here again soon"

"Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und Wohnzimmer ist funktionell. Bett war bequem. die Klimaanlage haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht aber für Dachgeschosswohnung ist ein guter Gedanke."

"Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool."

"Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, eine Nacht in dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa zu verbringen – und selbst diese kurze Zeit war einfach unvergesslich! Schon beim Ankommen hat uns die liebevolle, stilvolle Einrichtung sofort begeistert. Überall entdeckt man kleine, durchdachte Details und versteckte Highlights – wie das Soundsystem im ganzen Haus, das eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre schafft. Der Spabereich mit Schwimmbad, Whirlpool und Sauna ist einfach traumhaft und lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein. Auch das separate Zimmer mit Kino und Billardtisch ist ein echtes Highlight und macht den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Die Villa strahlt eine unglaublich warme, romantische und sinnliche Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben jede Minute intensiv genossen und konnten komplett abschalten. Trotz der kurzen Zeit fühlte es sich an wie eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben und kommen sehr gerne wieder!"
