"The location and everything so close by. Easy to navagiate everywhere and even to get in and out the rooms. The direction to hotel and where key kept with step by step pictures was good and the constant email communication was brilliant as it reassured me that the place is still there for me. And not cancelled last minute by the provider. Having the key i had my own timing of been able to come in and out and location was just brilliant. Nice city on door step with the train stationa nd tram station across the road. Lidl 6 minutes walk and lots of halal resturant nearby so for me eating lunch and dinner was made easier."

"Would helped if the bathroom hand a handwash. And maybe for future if they put a shelf up for toiletries usage whilst we are there. I had to keep toiletries in the bag on top of the toilet but otherwise it was all good."

"The 4th floor without an elevator may be inconvenient if you have large bags. to use the toilet, you need to literally squeeze into a small space, if you are fat, then you will have to go to the toilet from the window (I'm kidding, but it's really inconvenient)"
