"The massive and safe enclosed garden was fabulous. The kids loved playing on the play equipment and with the outdoor toys that were available. Nice to stay somewhere that is environmentally friendly also. V friendly and helpful host. Good location for going cycling, or boating down the waterways. Peaceful."
"If you have an electric vehicle, please be aware that the electric vehicle charging point is for a 2 pin standard European plug. There is a fast charge facility about 4 miles away if needed."
"The properly was immaculate and extremely well equipped. We would have liked to stay longer! The property was eco friendly with water saving devices and superb recycling. We had 4 bikes on our car and we were able to drive straight into the garage! The beds were beautifully made up and so comfy. Coffee and tea were available to use. Lucie - the owner- left us a couple of beers in the fridge and a bowl of home grown tomatoes! The property is about 30 mins from Calais."

"Good communication with and friendly greeting from Lucie, and the gite had everything we needed. It was all clean, tidy and new, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good AC, lovely shower, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace to eat. Local attraction Le Blockhaus is well worth a visit"
