"La Gite de Marcel es una casa a la que no le falta detalle. Está cerca de Vire, por lo que puedes recorrer los principales lugares de Baja Normandía. Los anfitriones son fantásticos y te resuelven cualquier problema que te pueda surgir. La cocina tiene de todo para cocinar. Las camas son cómodas y el jardín es perfecto para que jueguen los niños, descansar en la hamaca y comer o cenar contemplando la puesta de sol. En resumen, nuestras vacaciones en Normandía han sido perfectas gracias a este alojamiento. 100% recomendable"

"The house itself is clean and modern, but in a country setting about 6 kilometers from Vire. The hostess is very helpful. It is far enough away from any cities to be quiet and tranquil."

"The place was beautiful, with a great location and well maintained throughout. The place was incredibly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything to help cook a meal, including oil, salt and pepper. The dishwasher and washing machine came in very handy. The coffee machine was used a lot, and worked beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside watching and listening to the goats and cows. The place is a 10 minute drive from the supermarkets and local park.The TVs are all smart tvs, and the WiFi is easy to connect. We went as a small family (31, 28, 7) and enjoyed our stay throughly. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, and checked in on us after our son had an emergency trip to the hospital (10 mins away also). I throughly recommend the place."

"Gite on a farm, so peaceful & calming. No traffic noise just surrounded by beautiful countryside. Two lovely areas to relax outside in the sun both with stunning views to watch the sun go down. Exceptionally well appointed modern interior.Great to have a separate loo and bathroom. Virginie and Marcel have put together a wonderful tourist info package with maps of walks/activities/places to eat etc Very comfortable bed.Beautiful view from main bedroom.This is our second stay and we're going again in Sept! Love the surrounding Bocage. Vire is a lovely town. Plenty to explore in this lovely region. only 1.5 hrs drive from Cherbourg Brittany Ferry Terminal but so deep in the countryside you are in another world! Very highly recommended if you need to chill out, this is the perfect place!"

"Beautiful home, quiet and tranquil with on-site parking. The property was recently built and is well equiped with modern appliances in the kitchen and elsewhere. Shower/toilet was excellent. Gite de Marcel is idelaly placed to explore the nearby (5Km) towns of Vire, Villedieu les Poeles and other Normandy sites. We loved it and will definitrly be back as soon as we can! Virginie was very helpful when we were lost and had difficulty finding the property: largely our own fault, and easily resolved. Thankyou Virginie, Julia and Michael."
