"Perfect location! The building has direct access to the sea, and the beach is surrounded by beautiful hotels such as the iconic Negresco. The railway station is only 1 km away — about a 15-minute walk — or easily reachable by public transport. Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are right in front of the building. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our host was excellent, and the early check-in and late check-out were a huge plus. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet, which is very convenient."
"Please note that the apartment is best suited for two people, as the second bedroom does not have windows or natural light. New bed linen and towels would really be appreciated, but overall we had a great stay."
