"Son emplacement, très bien situe entre Thonon et Evian Sa proximité par rapport au lac : on traverse la route son parking gratuit Sa terrasse Ses équipements : machine a laver, le grille pain (je ne m’en passe jamais) pour info cafetière à filtre Une boulangerie toute proche comme le Super U le tout à pied Une grande zone commerciale si besoin à 5 mn en voiture Pour les visites : prenez le chef lieu de Publier et découvrez la fontaine et sa belle histoire.Evian un incontournable comme Thonon. Un beau village à visiter : Yvoire avec son centre médiéval : belle balade à faire près du lac."

We had a very pleasant stay, my daughter loved the playground, games, activities and the animals. "Très spacieux, propre , très agréable, la fourniture de l' électroménager était excellent, cadre super agréable, très bonne facilitée d accès ( pour les clés, le stationnement, les indications fournis lors de la réservation) On a adoré la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Tarif plus qu abordable . Magasin Aldi vraiment à proximité. Très bon accueil d Adrien à l arrivée."

"Luckily we looked past the two bad reviews and gave this apartment a chance! This apartment complex is brilliant, a safe and secure building with the added bonus of a pool! We were able to drop off our bags early and explore the area around our room! The apartment is on the outskirts of Lyon, making it ideal for a cheaper and more relaxed stay, which was exactly what we were looking for after our 4 weeks of travelling! We very easily were able to catch the C3 bus into the city centre and explore the city from there! But we spent most of our time enjoying the pool, the pool had a security guard and lots of welcoming families, that all clearly love using the pool too! The room itself is very modern and can be used to just sleep in, or a full use and stay like we did. We didn’t find a problem with the room being small like the other reviews, it was perfect!!!"
