"Smooth jazz whilst eating breakfast was great. You get an amazing view over La Clusaz. Staff were very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the facilities to change after the term of our stay."

"Very nice location we had a room overlooking the alpine meadows. The room was very comfortable. The main disappointment was no evening meals or snacks. There was no air con but understandable as this is a winter resort"

"Evening meal I had at the hotel was cold/ lukewarm which was a shame. It was very busy that night? Also they did not replenish the fridge in the room each day or give us new plastic glasses / coffee cups. Minor issues"

"Location was good. Only a short walk from the centre. Breakfast was adequate and varied but the evening meals in the hotel were absolutely superb! The front of house staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. A great place to stay."
