"it was a cozy, warm studio and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. indeed the inside of the building may seem a little strange at first sight but I assure you that everything is safe and the neighbors are ok. we really liked the big TV and access to netflix, plus the fact that they offer a big bottle of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. easy access to the location through self check-in."

"The property was clean, in an amazing location. Very safe for a solo female traveller. Great recommendations for places to eat, drink and explore. Greasy communication from Jerome and super easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Communications with the apartment owner was excellent even after we checked in, making sure everything was ok. Well-informed, clear guidance, no questions left unanswered. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped for our stay. Although no air-conditioning (which we understood when we booked), the owner had provided a fan, which helped in the excessively hot days. Very quiet neighbours. I have not added photos of the apartment, as it is as per the photos that you see. No lift to the apartment, but again, we knew this, so just be mindful of this when booking was not an issue for our booking. Light and wide stairs in an old building. The location was excellent. Took no more than 10 mins to get to the Old Port, excellent Bagel and coffee shop before the Old Port. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would 100% use this apartment again."

"Piccolo alloggio al terzo piano, ristrutturato, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto. Cucina con lavastoviglie e microonde, tavolo con 2 poltrone, tv grande con Netflix, letto comodo e comodini con prese di corrente da entrambi i lati, tende oscuranti, vano x valigie con appendini, bagno delle dimensioni giuste con phon, prodotti da bagno e tutto il necessario. C'è persino un aspirapolvere e un mocio. C'e solo una finestra che da nel cortile interno, quindi niente vista. Sia dal portone del palazzo che dalla porta dell'alloggio si entra con dei codici che ti invia l'host, molto presente per telefono se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Palazzo vecchio che all'inizio può dare una cattiva impressione ma in realtà è sicuro, molto silenzioso anche la notte, in un quartiere tranquillo e in ottima posizione x raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi tutto, il porto, le Paniere, la stazione, il centro."

"C'è il riscaldamento, ma non l'aria condizionata. Per noi a maggio non è stato un problema, ma forse d'estate lo è. Cmq si può tenere la finestra aperta perché non ci sono rumori. Se avete disabili non c'è ascensore."
