"This is an excellently located, very spacious, thoughtfully-renovated apartment in a historic studio precinct. The space is well-renovated and has air conditioning, an island bench kitchen and a well-designed bathroom, It has beautiful wooden flooring, tall double-glazed French windows, attractive décor un peu bohème, tall bookshelves with an interesting array of books and a good kitchen.
