"Zwei Lampen und der Vorhang waren schon bei unserer Ankunft reparaturbedürftig, habe es dem Vermieter gleich mitgeteilt, Reparatur erfolgte während meines Aufenthaltes nicht. Auf die Frage nach einer zweiten Decke, wurde uns geantwortet, dass diese nicht vorrätig sei und 95€ kosten würde."

"The checking process was quite flawed. We kept waiting for the location and checking information promised in an email that never arrived. Then we were asked what time we would arrive and I responded twice with the time and yet no one was there and we never had an entry code so we were waiting on the street for 30 minutes. I called several times and finally after several calls got a message back they would be there in 10 minutes. Finally when we were met after having another resident let us into the courtyard we were to told he didn’t see our emails because he was on vacation. All together NOT a Greta way to start a visit."
