"Close to public transport, this studio is well equipped, and receives plenty of daily light. Bed is comfortable, wifi excellent, heating works well, and you can easily cook your meals. Environment and neighbors were really quiet. It's a district where real parisians do live and there's activity during the day. Although i didn't meet the host, they were very responsive through the booking app and took care that everything went well during my stay. I highly recommend."

"We're in Paris, so it's a old building with thin walls, at the 6th floor without elevator. Perfect for fit and active people. Cooking is with gas, so don't forget to make sure it's closed before leaving. I spent a super nice stay and hope you'll have too!"

"To be honest, I was bit scared based on the feedbacks, but reality is really different. So, communication from the beginning absolutely fine and clear - thank you again Justine - and accommodation was fine as well. Pillows were comfortable (of course depends on personal options), cups and accessories in kitchen sufficient for four persons with prepared tablets to dishwasher. Soaps and towels prepared as well, unusual for non hotel type of accommodation, in the kitchen capsules for Nespresso coffee machine, teas and instant coffee sachets. Great benefit is location itself. So, very happy that I chooses this particular accommodation."

"This was a last minute trip to see our nice perform in the Puppetry festival in Charlesville-Mezieres and this place was 15 min away. It had more rooms than we needed but the price was quite reasonable. The photos on booking don't do it justice. It really exceeded our expectations. It's a very lovely three bedroom house - tone small double bed, one double and a room with twin beds, with a modern and well equipped kitchen and great decoration and comfort throughout with a lot of attention to detail. There is a lovely terrace with great variety of garden furniture and a very nice heated pool! That was a great bonus! Loriane, the host, was also very friendly and helpful."

"Bright and airy 1 bed apartment. Bed, furniture etc was comfortable. Fabulous location on a very busy street but we wasn’t disturbed by noise. Quiet during the night and not too loud when restaurants are open. Excellent service from the agent resolving any queries we had in a timely friendly manner. We will book again to stay."
