"Everything! Staff was so nice without exceptions. Chris especially is the most helpful and kind person. Rooms were amazing, clean and with a lovely interior design. Great snorkelling, kayaking and paddleboard right at your doorstep. Food was very yummy. I ended up staying longer and will most probably be back."

"The staff were very friendly and pleasant throughout our time especially Chris. He'd keep us informed everyday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Maui palms was lovely and especially the surrounding reefs. We loved chilling out by the beach overlooking the reefs most days and a choice of two pools. Drinks were great and the food to a very high standard. Credits due to you guys for looking after us!"

"Perfect location for exploring the coral coast, able to snorkel every single day and lots of day trips can be organised by the hotel. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the staff were the most amazing, generous people who couldn’t do enough to help you. We really felt at home here and would return in a heartbeat. Free activities organised by the hotel include a reef walk, kayaking, snorkelling, paddle boarding, a hike and a basket weaving demo and would highly reccomend all. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable with high pressured, warm showers and room service offered daily."

"Despite several reminders, they did not respond to messages on Booking.com. As a result, I had to try calling the provided phone number. They answered just once after several attempt.(first time that it happens in my experiences so far) Once we arrived, I mentioned this to the management, who were surprised by it. Although the property is listed as a five-star hotel, it does not reflect this level at all: the restaurant offers average-quality food, the facilities are quite worn, and the staff do not wear uniforms."

"I loved that it was a small resort, the beach was meters away from our room as well as the pool. Kayaks, snorkelling gear etc were available. Breakfast every morning included. Other food was delish. Best view from our room."
