Hostel Linnasmäki

"Todo fue fantástico. Está un poco apartado de Turku pero merece la pena porque es un paseo realmente precioso y si quieres coger autobús tienes mil conexiones. Estás en plena naturaleza, un remanso de paz y tranquilidad que fue inolvidable para nosotros además de la comodidad, limpieza y sentirnos como en casa. Gracias por todo, gran trabajo."

"location was not favorable with public transport . we had to walk ~ 0.5 KM after getting from the bus . in summer not having air conditioning was little uncomfortable , but staff provided us a 2 table fans"

"The staff was so nice. Also the location was good. Room was very clean and view was great. Got really good sleep even tho was very hot. And shower/bathroom was exceptional. When got time and vacation and if I come to Turku again this place Im gonna come again."

"Just the beds were little too high for my likind and the sheets were little uncomfortable bc when was hot and little sweatin so the sheets got stuck to you and could move comfortably and the ventilation could be better. It was too hot to sleep and the one fan wasnt any helpful even at the maximun speed."

"It's a bit outside of the city but the location is great: in the forest, it's so green, peaceful and quiet. Room standard was nice, there was also shared kitchen available. Also, there's a pool and sauna but we didn't manage to use them before it was closed. I could stay there again :)"

"The place is very clean. You got the kitchen with everything necessary. The staff is very friendly, organizing new towels and bedding during a longer stay. The strengthtraining gym is free to use. It doesn’t look the most comforting but you got everything you could ask for. Big bonus for me was a sports hall that you could use and sports equipment that you could borrow inside for free. I was playing basketball there a lot which is incredible to have access to in a hostel. All around the hostel there are some small things to do like playing table tennis or darts for free. The breakfast was alright, could‘ve been a bit cheaper than 9€. We haven’t used much."

"I unfortunately haven’t noticed before but the sauna and pool is only to be used separately for men and women (wanted to go there with my partner) and it costs extra (I believe 10€ for 1.5h if you go there separately and if we would have wanted to go together we had to ‚rent‘ the place for 30€ 1.5h). In most hostels in Turku the sauna was included from what I‘ve heard and we even found some public ones that only costed 10€ for a day ticket. The location is okayish for the price I‘d say. There are buses around and bikes that take you to the citycenter in about 15 or more minutes."

"The staff were professional, when I reached the hotel the room was still not ready, but when they knew that I have be dressed up for a wedding and be out in less than an hour they offered a spare room to use it to get dressed while the other room is being prepared as well. That really made me keep up with my schedule despite the room unavailability."

"The location is a bit far from any bus station, you will feel that exceptionally at night"

"- pretty, green and quiet neighbourhood - helpful staff - nice wooden swings in front of the entrance to the hostel"

"- it was hard to open the room with the key, so we had to play a little bit with it before we figured out how to make it - the room looked nice, but it was rather small"
