"Excelente todo, es la primera vez en todos los viajes que he realizado que me encuentro con gente tan amable. Llegamos muy temprano en el vuelo tipo 8 am y la intención era dejar las maletas en el hotel hasta que nos autoricen el chek in y de forma muy amables porque nos vieron cansados nos autorizaron usar la habitación desde esa hora ...increíble!! Luego nos ofrecieron el desayuno. La gente del hotel es espectacular. Buena ubicación y limpieza perfecta."

"I had a truly wonderful experience at the Trinity Hotel in Addis Ababa. The service, especially the staff, was outstanding. The check-in process was quick and seamless, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. The entire team is genuinely helpful, and I want to give a special shout-out to Etsub and the friendly housekeeping team—they ensured my room was always immaculate. My room was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. It was wonderfully quiet, allowing me to completely unwind and get a great night's sleep. Overall, the hotel atmosphere is fantastic for relaxing. "The room is big and with a balcony which makes it comfortable. The lady who checked me in polite and friendly gave me good room she has good experience and skills about hospitality. Also, she helped with early check-in with reasonable charges. Breakfast is good, and the lady who served it very helpful always smiles. Shuttle service is available, which makes my arrival from the airport very convenient."

"Breakfast was modest and nice. The breakfast chef was on point with the egg orders. The waiters were really helpful and supportive. I really liked the firfir served at breakfast. The location is well located and close-by there are number of restaurants and the cultural centre is down the road and a walking distance. The deluxe room was spacious and bed was comfortable."
