Hilton Addis Ababa

"Me encanta la cantidad de actividades que tiene el hotel: gym, cancha de tenis, la piscina y el jardín. El restaurant muy bueno también!"

"Se nota que es un hotel que tiene sus años ya, algunas de las griferías de los baños rotas, nuestra habitación daba justo con el extractor del restaurant así que nos levantábamos con olor a comida. Y otra cosa que no me gustó es que cancelaron el pago desde booking para poder hacerlo ahí en el hotel."

"Al staff was helpful starting from security at gate until I reached reception at lobby, very nice food and restaurants. Rahel Endale is a perfect guest relation manager, she made my stay so enjoyable and memorable, Ethiopian hospitality 👍👍"

"Excellent stay. Perfect room, very professional cleaners, friendly reception, and great staff overall. The location is slightly away from the main tourist centre, but they allowed early check-in and cancelled an extra night due to a flight change without hesitation. Extremely grateful for the flexibility and service."

"It is a beautiful hotel combining luxury from the old time with modern comfort. A must if you visit Addis."

"The swimming pool wasn’t working due to renovation, but that’s a reason to come back when it will be ready"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and always checking that we were enjoying our stay. Truly excellent customer service."

"We had been looking forward to enjoy the pool but it had been out of service for a few months. The hotel staff helped us with transport and entrance to some hotels nearby so we could use their pool facilities during our stay."

"Food was excellent. Staff were very kind and attentive"

"The pool was closed"

"I liked especially the very kind, polite and helpful staff, especially the very friendly and polyglotte bellhop Dawit and the nightmanager Lesanework Hailu."

"The best service I have received – even in international comparison – was from your employees Meseret Ashagre and Nahome Eshetu."

"It's atmosphere was great, and the amenities, except for the internet was terrific"

"You really need to have a better internet service, as most of us are dependent on the internet to keep our businesses and contacts ongoing. Please get a stronger signal and have it reach all of the rooms"
