"This was a pleasant surprise. The place is a little out of the way, but this leads to a very quiet neighborhood and a sound sleep. The building is nicely renovated, it had a lounge on the first and the third floor and from the looks of it, if you were travelling with little ones, they would be well taken care of. Our room was a suite which we paid 75 a night for, including breakfast. It was spacious and had everything you'd expect. As a bonus, it had an excellent view from the window, which let us enjoy new year fireworks in all their glory. The breakfast was not extensive but it was good and fresh. The owner was a very friendly fellow and an interesting person to talk to. There's free parking in the yard, so your car wouldn't be on the street either."

"We didn't really need to go to the city, but with public transport it's a 3 stops +5~10 minutes walk, meaning you're not in the city center. Even so it's not too bad."

"Good location, in the city, parking is right in front of the house and free. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Hot water came out of the tap immediately, no need to wait. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price."

"The place was very lovely! The location is near the major road in Tartu (Riia tänav), but the sound of traffic was absolutely fine and damped! The host was very helpful and the breakfast was a pure Estonian style and very nice! The shared bathroom is especially huge, and there is the possibility to gather and play board games in the main room, provided you respect the quietness of the place. There are very good bus connections to the center, but bear in mind this place is a bit off center, so you do not access it immediately from the train or bus. It is, however, near the biggest commercial center of Tartu."

"Nice place not far from Tartu city center, private parking, private garden. Perfect for a short stay if you travel by car. The host is very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money. Will definitely consider the place if ever in Tartu."
