"La disponibilidad del personal en la recepción. Hasta usaron sus aplicaciones personales de Yassir para pedirnos taxis. Por la mañana nos fuimos muy temprano, y abrieron el comedor del desayuno media hora antes de lo previsto para nosotros."

"Hotel muy bien , gente amable las habitaciones buenas pero un detalle no hay maquina de café con cafés en las habitaciones solo en las suites. Pero en general bien ."

"No me gustó planta baja desayuno , primero la camarera tenía camisa sucia además con pintura del bolígrafo en la camisa así que la camisa muy sucia pero la.chica muy gentil . Una cosa más he visto que las tapas del.agua y zumo sucia no la limpian y estábamos en la mañana . El.genero de los croisanes vacío hay poco en en lado poco en el.otra lo demás vacío. La mesas vacías no ce hace la preparación para los desayunos sólo algunas mesas . A lo mejor es una buena crítica visto que era maitre de restaurante. El café de la máquina muy muy muy malo . Y las habitaciones a parte del los geles en los depósitos ducha y lavabo no hay nada más. La televisores no funcciona todas las cadenas quería ver foobal nada tienes que bajar a la recepción.. La terraza en 4 planta todas las sillas y mesas sucias no limpias porque allí fumamos. Me encanta este hotel pero no estaba así antes"

"It was clean + modern. Close to restaurants and other shops. Staff spoke multiple languages and were friendly and helpful. Couscous provided on Fridays which is a nice touch 😊 Mini fridge in room is very nice"

"Not much to say, maybe a smart tv would beem nice to watch Netflix or YouTube. Not sure the safe was working, didn’t know how to make it work. Honestly not much to criticise these are all small things. Maybe a vending machine would be nice to have? For a late night drink or snack."

"The hotel must be recently built, has modern and nice bathroom, with hygienic tiles, with good and comfortable bed and pillows, a quite typical 4* equipment. The breakfast was sufficient, although every day the same items. I liked veryx much the freshly brewed coffee, the fruits and sweets offered and the fresh warm bread from a nearby bakery. Exiting the hotel and turning left, then at the corner left again, there is a street with some restaurants, even a Syrian and an Indian style, good to spend the evening with dinner."
