"The accommodation was excellent – located right in the city centre, yet in a quiet area. It's an ideal base for visiting the beautiful nearby beaches. The facilities were fully sufficient, everything was clean and in good working order. A big plus was the helpful owner who accommodated all our needs. And as a bonus – there’s a great restaurant just across the street. Highly recommended!"

"Good communication with the owner, lovely and clean and comfortable, just a short walk to a beautiful bay with beach and the use of the pool at the restaurant at the bottom of the street. Gorgeous restaurant Domo just across the road and also a supermarket with essentials, we had a hired car so only 5 min drive to the “ strip” where there are many bars and restaurants, shops. There are so many beautiful beaches in this area. We hired scooters to ride along the prom great fun."

"My friends and I loved our weekend stay at this apartment. • The apartment was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the communication from the owner was excellent. • Great location with restaurants and local amenities within walking distance including a restaurant across the street. • The beach is a 2-minute walk from the apartment and the people were nice. Lots of local families enjoying a weekend at the beach. It’s quiet and relaxing. • There were plenty of beds to hire at the beach on a grassed area and also on the sand. • The beach area also had a restaurant, a bar, and toilets/changing rooms. We will definitely book again for a weekend trip."

"Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut."
"Die Bezeichnung Seaside ist etwas irreführend. Das Apartment liegt an einer im April unbefahrenen Strasse mit Blick aus Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer zur Umgebung. Über (katholische) Ostern lag diese Umgebung bestehend aus Hotelblöcken und Ferienhäusern im Tiefschlaf. Die verwilderten Anlagen sind nur durch Frösche belebt. Ansonsten wurde das 100m entfernte Hotel kernsaniert (Baulärm störte nicht). Dadurch war es ruhig. Das Meer / die schöne Promenade liegt 7 Min zu Fuss entfernt. Dort kann man super Sport machen und auch sonnenbaden/ schwimmen (Luft 22C/Wasser 18C Mitte April). Nachts war es kühl in der Wohnung und es stand nur ein Laken, aber keine dicke Decke zur Verfügung. Zum Glück hatten wir Schlafsack dabei. Im Badeort Latsi bezahlen wir für ähnlichen Standard, aber mitten im Grünen mit Meer-und Bergblick und an orthodoxen Ostern 2023, eine Woche später, anstatt 120€/Nacht (3T) nur 64€/Nacht (4T)… mit 5kg Orangen als Vegrüssungsgeschenk. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!"
