"Villa Lilly was fantastic. We really loved the location, being away from the central touristy area but close enough that we could still go out for dinners, drinks, days out. You do need a car as the places are not walkable - the villa is set at top of a steep hill, but the views are amazing, the peace and quiet is idyllic and for us it was exactly what we needed. Our host was so helpful and the information pack has lots of detail. The management company were also fantastic when contacted, they replied and assisted promptly. We'll definitely be back and have already recommended the villa to a number of friends!"

"Loved the size of the pool, the house was large spacious and airy. A very quiet location with stunning mountain and sea views. Everything you need in the kitchen is supplied."

"Beds and sofas are very hard, house needs some tlc, showers especially need updating, very poor water flow. Shower trays not cleaned properly, dirt on the lips of the tray. Cleaning needs to be looked at as a whole, toilet seats moved and when they did the hinges where filthy. The bins supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen were very dirty on the outside."

"Andy has been an exceptional host! He's been very kind and offered me many useful tips about what to visit or where to eat, and we've even been to some places together. It has been much more personal than a typical Booking.com or Airbnb stay; I value the experience and I appreciate Andy's hospitability (as well as his parting gifts). We've also had some discussions in which we haven't always agreed, but this doesn't change the fact that I would like to return to Cyprus in the future and I hope to meet Andy there again. The place itself is also alright. The room I was renting is located in the same area where Andy himself lives, so there are opportunities to have a chat or eat breakfast together. There are also four cats, which will likely be a significant bonus to pet lovers. :-)"

"A small house in a very quiet neighborhood. A nice beach is 5 minutes walk away. It's far enough from the main road and thus very quiet. There is a nice small garden and an ample outside space. Convenient parking spot as well. Very nicely equipped kitchen (we cook for ourselves and many bookings are lacking in this respect). Comfortable beds, nice shower. It's a small space but very functional. We liked it a lot and will come back."

"We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and pleasantly scented. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was readily available and convenient. Several small shops offering drinks and food were just a few minutes' walk away. While the nearest beach was approximately 20 minutes distant, this was not an issue as we had a car. We did notice some street noise, but this is to be expected in Ayia Napa."

"For a bigger group of people this place is perfect. There were 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a few different zones to relax and a big swimming pool. Rodafinia Beach is only a few minutes away, it is perfect for a quick dip in the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big refrigerator, stove, washing machine. The owner even let us check in a few hours early."

It is equipped with everything you could possibly need — a fully stocked kitchen, cosmetics, and even thoughtful extras like an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler. The location is great, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The owner was extremely kind and generous, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. As other guests have mentioned, there is a strip club in the building, but it caused us no problems at all during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again!"
