"- El personal de cocina, entretenimiento y limpieza fueron muy amables y simpáticos. - La habitación era grande y estaba todo limpio. - La comida estaba buena y había variedad para todos los gustos. - La piscina estaba muy bien, había tumbonas suficientes. - La kids disco y kids club eran divertidos y mi hija se lo pasó muy bien. Yo hice aerobic acuático y también fue divertido. - A 5-10 minutos de la playa andando, y 10 minutos un Lidl. Restaurantes y otros locales andando hacia el sureste, a 10 minutos también."

"- La señora de gafas de recepción fue de lo más borde que he encontrado hasta ahora. Nunca me habían tratado con tan poco respeto "tengo cosas que hacer" me soltó cuando le consulté una duda. - En la zona de los dardos y kids club algunos días hacía una peste a gasolina muy fuerte y no te podías quedar. Acabé con dolor de cabeza cuando estábamos en esa zona más de una hora. - Insonorización de fuera perfecta, pero del pasillo horrible. Cada noche hasta la 1 o las 2 de la madrugada la gente trotando por los pasillos, charlando y tomando bebidas como si fuera el patio de su casa. Una noche tenía un niño haciendo ruido de gibón en mi puerta, tuve que salir a pedirle a los padres que encerraran al mono en su cuarto. - Tienen una política muy injusta/poco flexible con las familias para el cambio de media pensión a todo incluido. Solo te permiten hacer el cambio a partir de las 2 de la tarde, dándote media hora para poder comer al mediodía, y no te dejan entrar antes aunque tengas niños pequeños que tienen que hacer su siesta. Si te llevaras un meal extra, entendería que no te dejen entrar antes, pero si de todas maneras vas a poder hacer ese meal, qué más les da que sea a las 12:30 que a las 14. Les preguntamos si había alguna otra manera de hacerlo pero la amable recepcionista de gafas nos echó de la recepción porque tenía cosas que hacer 🤡"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the window was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The meals were also very good and tasty. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

The manager called and asked about the time of flight home which was very late, she arranged complimetary late check out of 6pm."
