"The property was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for and more. Marielle & Peter were the perfect hosts and it helped that they lived so close to the property to ensure all was well when we checked in and out. They were quick to respond to any queries or questions we had about the island or the property on the WhatsApp group. The villa was stunning. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to Mambo beach where there is plenty of areas to rent sunbeds and enjoy the beach. Also great food and restaurants and a few little shops along here to visit. We rented a car for the two weeks that we were there and would definitely recommend renting a car to see the island. The property is manned by security so it’s very safe. Beautiful collection of villas. Quiet area just steps away from the beach and restaurants on mambo and on a short drive to Jan Thiel, Pietmaai and Punda."
"The villa got quite hot so we did need to use the aircon in the bedrooms to cool down the whole property as there isn’t an aircon system in the main kitchen so it could get a little hot if you’re cooking as there are no fans. This wasn’t a problem as it cooled down easily with the aircon on and the bedroom doors open however we incurred an extra cost for the electricity we used during our stay. That said we loved everything about the villa and the island and would definitely not let this out us off."
