K Hotel Douala

"It was clean, the staff were courteous. The decor is intentional."

"The room was smaller than expected. I know this isnt the hotel's fault. However, the road leading to the hotel🤦🏾‍♀️"

"I ve never been prouder to visit my home country. The hotel is absolutely stunning from the entrance to the rooms. I particularly liked the suite, very comfortable. The restaurant areas are equally stunning, the decor is well crafted and stylish. The staff at the hotel are outstanding, from the general manager Gilbert, to the front desk staff and security: very welcoming and warm, always ready to help. As a solo traveler I felt safe and it was really difficult to stay anywhere else but the K Hotel. As a frequent global traveller, it’s fair to say this hotel has set the standard very high, not only in Cameroon but also globally. A special thank you to Gilbert the general manager for ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle free. He has a really good understanding of client satisfaction and this is reflected through all the staff genuine care and attention."

"As always, there are always areas of improvements and for me the food has been a downer. I understand the chef is dealing with many orders but I have had few issues with food on few occasions which were of genuine concern. I hope the general manager will take my feedback into account for improvement."

"The staffs are exceptionally good, helpful and very professional."

"The pricing of items at the hotel are outrageously expensive compared to others."

"The staff in all areas are second to none. The facilities are great"

"My only gripe would be evening meal menu, need to expand the range of options for vegetarians/vegans and those who are gluten-free. The menu was so limited that I know that my macro levels in terms of protein would have dropped significantly given the length of my stay."

"This hotel has set the standard very high in Douala. It is without any doubt the best hotel in town. The staff from top to bottom is very polite helpful and efficient. The location is great if you come for walk, 10 min from the port, walking distance from main banks and airline companies."

"i suggest to increase brightness in the restaurants during meal times."

"Exceptional staff and customer services are second to mome. "Audrey", one of the staff members was very attentive yo my needs on the new eves events.. His patience and listening skills were exceptional, and he went above and beyond to enjoy. we had an enjoyable evening Thank you, Audrey..🙏🏻"

"Very exquisite and classic standard in all elements with exceptional customer team offering Buisness class provides services at all times."

"Breakfast was amazing and there was choice for everyone. The bed was so comfy and the staff starting from Hermann to the rest on a scale of 1 to 10 , I will give them 10."

"Probably helping people with what they can do in Doula while staying there."
