Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel alojamiento is easily reachable on foot from the main station. "The room key was not working after my check-in, after 3 times of back and forth between my room and reception, the receptionist opened my room with a physical key. The room key didnt work the 2nd time either. Only the 3rd time of entering/exiting my room, the key access has been fixed."
