"Hotel de montaña perfecto para vacacionar y conocer la zona alrededor y puntos turísticos. Se puede hacer senderismo y ciclismo en las cercanías. Me ha gustado la decoración típica del hotel. Mi habitación era pequeña, con baño reformado impecable, sábanas y edredón muy limpias. Además tenía un balcón que le daba un toque especial con vista panorámica a las montañas y con posibilidad de beber un café o infusión fuera. El secador de cabello de una calidad excelente. Los desayunos variados y deliciosos. Me han facilitado poder cargar el coche eléctrico y tener a mi perrita al lado de mi mesa en el suelo mientras yo desayunaba. La amabilidad de los propietarios y su disponibilidad para orientar a los turistas. Volveré seguro! Lo recomiendo!"

"Todo estuvo perfecto. Si acaso, como sugerencia tener opciones de almohadas más duras o blandas. (Son gustos muy personales, pero algunos hoteles ofrecen ese servicio)"

"Hotel exuded the care the family has taken over generations to develop a hotel with unique and beautiful finishes. The breakfast was continental but was great. The views from our balcony were breathtaking."

"The room was exceptional and the staff were so warm and accommodating! Fabulous location at the quieter end of town which was so peaceful but everything was still incredibly accessible (we were only a 5 minute walk to the First cable car). We wish we had booked a longer stay!"

"It would have been nice to have a hot option for breakfast, but this was by no means a deal-breaker - what was offered for breakfast was very tasty and the breakfast room was gorgeous and cosy."

"Located on the edge of town away from the noise, with fantastic views all around. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had the 4 course evening meal on 3 of our 4 nights there, and all were very tasty."

"The outside of the hotel is actually even more beautiful than in the picture! The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff was kind and helpful with our requests. Our favourite thing was the AMAZING view of the glacier from our (shared) terrace!"

"The waitresses were a bit "lost", and noone could make the drink we ordered from the menü. We were very excited about the dinner because it sounded so good on paper, it turned out okay."

"Lovely family run hotel!! Exceptional location, easy access to First, Pffinstegg all being a 5 minute walk away and the views are incredible. Great communication from the hotel from start to finish. Rooms had a nice balcony with amazing views which was nice to relax after busy days."
